EGO Problems We Fix
The most common issues we see on EGO Power+ equipment. Not sure what is wrong? Bring it in, we diagnose it free.
Battery Won't Charge
Pack not holding a charge or dropping fast? We test the 56V pack cell by cell, check the charger, and replace what has failed with genuine EGO parts.
Short Runtime
Runtime falling off over time is normal cell wear. We diagnose the pack, confirm the fault, and get you back to a full charge.
Won't Power On
Dead trigger, no response, or cutting out under load usually points to a switch, contact, or control board fault. We track it down and repair it.
Self-Propel & Drive
Mower not driving, drive feels weak, or the wheels will not engage? We service the drive motor, belt, and transmission on self-propelled and riding models.
Cutting & Blade
Poor cut, vibration, or a bent spindle on mowers and trimmers. We handle blades, spindles, decks, trimmer heads, and chainsaw bars and chains.
Charger Fault
Charger not lighting up, not charging, or throwing an error? We test and repair or replace EGO chargers so your whole kit works again.
